Who am I?

Founded by Jacqueline Conticini, this space is born from my journey of rediscovery and healing. For four years, spinal stenosis stole my mobility, leaving me disconnected from the body that had once flowed so freely through yoga and life. The stillness was more than physical—it was a deep lesson in patience, surrender, and trust. But healing is never linear, and when movement slowly returned, I embraced yoga not as a rigid discipline, but as a gentle reunion with myself. This path led me to redefine conscious living, not as perfection, but as presence—nourishing my body with plant-based foods, quieting my mind through meditation, and honoring my weight gain and curves with love and awareness.

The dream is to share my experience and journey with curvy/plus-size women over 40 who seek strength, softness, and self-acceptance in everyday life challenges.
